Welcome to Falcon Ridge, the ultimate Smoky Mountain getaway! This luxurious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom ensuite cabin offers awe-inspiring panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains, with Mount LeConte majestically dominating the skyline. Centrally located, the cabin provides easy access to the attractions of the Smokies while offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle.

Relax and unwind with the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility. With two expansive decks, you can bask in the sun, stargaze under the Tennessee sky, or enjoy the hot tub and cold plunge after a day of hiking.  The views are incredible from the back decks.

• Parking: Space for 4 cars; overflow lot nearby for RVs, boats, and jet skis.
• Community Pool & Splash Pad: Open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day (9 AM - Sunset).
• Access: Smooth, stress-free drive with no super steep hills; access to all three floors of the cabin (note: stairs required to access the cabin and to reach all 4 bedrooms).

Booking Information

• $500 security deposit, rental agreement, and government-issued ID required to complete booking.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended.

  • We Provide a Starter Pack of Supplies

    To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide a starter pack of basic supplies to get you settled:

    • Linens and bath towels for registered guests
    • Toilet paper: 2 rolls for each bathroom
    • Paper towels: 1 roll
    • Dishwasher pods: 2 pods
    • Laundry pods: 2 pods
    • Trash bags: 2 bags
    • Dish soap
    • Hand soap for each bathroom
    • Hot tub towels: 6 towels
    • A starter supply for the coffee bar

• To ensure you’re fully prepared for your stay, consider packing the following items, as we do not provide them:

  • Personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, sunblock, bug spray)
  • Camera, memory cards, and chargers
  • Personal electronics chargers and adaptors (if needed)
  • Flashlights and batteries
  • Condiments for the kitchen (salt, pepper, cooking spray, seasonings, etc.)
  • Coffee supplies: We provide an initial supply of coffee, sugar, and creamer, but if you prefer your own brand or need more for a longer stay, bring extra ☕
  • Extra paper towels (we provide one roll)
  • Extra trash bags (we provide 2)
  • Extra hot tub/ towels (we provide 6)
    • please bring your own beach towels for the community pool.  Please do not remove towels from the cabin.
  • Baby sheet for the pack-and-play (if needed)
  • Extra laundry detergent if you plan to do more than two loads
  • Login information for the Roku TV

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
